With over two decades of experience in learning and development, creative intelligence, project management, and event curation, David Babale brings a unique blend of strategic foresight, operational expertise, and innovative thinking to the company. As the Director of Creative Intelligence, he brings his expertise in innovation and design thinking coupled with his knack for helping teams tap into their creative potential to solve problems by developing innovative solutions and strategies. He is also responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of our training methodologies and materials.

Florence Tenufa

Head of Collaborations & Administrative Support Services

Florence is a seasoned communicator and astute manager that oversees the day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. She also maintains our partnerships and collaborations with a network of seasoned professionals, including trainers, and creative consultants which allow us to expand our capabilities and deliver a wide range of services to our clients.

Marylinda Babale

Head of Projects & Event Management

Marylinda is an experienced Etiquette and Image Consultant with a proven track record in curating and coordinating successful events. As the Head of Projects & Events Management, Marylinda, plays a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our projects and events. She leads a team of project managers and event coordinators, ensuring that our clients’ objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

From venue selection and program design, to logistics management and post-event evaluation, she handles all aspects of our event services. She is adept at handling projects of all sizes and complexities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
